Received an
interview but not a job offer?
Perhaps you
need to consider your interview techniques, the responses you
provide in interview and how you come across to potential
employers.

Many people
believe there is no way for preparing for an interview and as there

can take, so as to reduce the pressure and anxiety that one places
on themselves prior and during the interview process.
The Impressions

preparation for the interview so that you are able to gain a
competitive advantage over other less prepared candidates by
operating at your optimal best during the interview.

Potential
Interview Questions:
Q: What
do you consider to be your strengths as an employee?
A: Pick
three of your strengths which can relate to the position and
emphasise them through using examples.
Take the time
to answer this answer thoroughly and describe how they are a
strength - don't be shy.
Its about
knowing yourself and then being able to communicate to the
recruiter what attributes you have, which makes you stand out above
other potential candidates - because if you don't then no one else
will.
Behavioural-based
Interview Question:
Q:Describe
a time when you were required to work under pressure? What
led to the situation? How did you handle the situation and what was
the result of your actions?
A: With
this question the recruiter is trying to gain an insight into how
well you handle pressure, if you have worked under pressure in the
past and how you dealt with this pressure on a professional and
possibly personal level.
To answer this
question you need to describe a specific time, preferably in your
recent career history when you encountered a situation and then
describe your thought process and your actions as they applied to
the situation. Don't forget to mention the result i.e. that
the required task was completed on time and to the required
standards.
